Christmas Concert 2010

Kiran had his annual school christmas concert this evening...there was lots of drama to the day including Avi and I getting stranded at the VA hospital because me car wouldn't start after work. Thank goodness for good friends and dads who come to the rescue. We made it the concert...only 15 minutes late! And I'll deal with the dead car in the hospital parking lot tomorrow (or maybe Saturday!). Kiran did great at the concert and it was lots of fun!

Happy 5th Birthday, Kiran!!!

It's hard to believe that our little guy is now FIVE years old!! He had a fantastic birthday week! On December 1st (his actual birthday) we went out to dinner, bowled, and played games - the four of us and Nanaji (my dad). Then on Saturday was his party - lots of fun! And Dadaji & Dadi (Nishu's parents), More Dada, Bua and Chacha came! Sunday was a friends birthday party and Nani came (mom). Busy, busy, busy!!

Halloween Fun

We've had lots of fun leading up to halloween...a haunted jail in Yorkville, the halloween egg hunt on the town square, making brownie haunted houses that Kiran decorated with his pals Wyatt & Lily, and of course, trick or treating!!

Aren't they cute in their matching shirts? I swore I wouldn't put my kids in matching clothes...but it's just so much fun!!
