Happy Birthday, Nishu!!!

We had a busy, busy day! We had a pretty leisurely morning at home before heading off to work/daycare. Which is always nice because Kiran loves the extra time with papa! I went to daycare at 3:30 to do an egg hunt with Kiran's class. He and I filled Easter Eggs with cars, erasers, stickers, and raisins last night. While his teacher distracted the other kids with songs, Kiran and I hid nearly 50 eggs around his classroom. It was lots of fun!

We had dinner at Nishu's favorite steakhouse in Bloomington, Janko's Little Zagreb. Let me just say, I really don't like steak, so this was a sacrifice for me! LOL! Kiran loved it, though....so I had two happy men, which is always good! We came home and banished Nishu to his office while we decorated for the "Pirate Party" that Kiran insisted on, and wrapped presents. I hope it was a fun birthday for Nishu! We're looking forward to having his parents down tomorrow night. It will really be a weekend long celebration!! Easter takes a backseat to Nishu's birthday in this house. LOL!

Filling Easter Eggs

Pirate Kiran...Aaaarrrr!

Kiran insisted on dancing around doing the windmill (just like Pete Townshend) while Nishu opened his gifts)

And then he had to wrap Nishu's head and make papa the present

And, of course, he had to get wrapped up, too. The kid loves wrapping paper!

More fun with wrapping paper...this is his bed.
