The polar bear was really showing off...look at how huge his paw is!
Papa and Kiran taking a stroll to see "more animals." Kiran's been WAY into "Go, Diego, Go!", so he was all about pretending to be an animal rescuer and finding animals in trouble. He was quite disappointed that there weren't any Tapir's or Pygmy Marmosets (atleast he's learning something from Diego!)
Just havin' fun!
The bridge to the White Rhino's moves when you run on it, so we spent a good 20 minutes there while Kiran ran back and forth, back and forth, back and forth.
Hey, mom...you can't see me!
Uh oh! Sometimes a moving bridge isn't such a good idea. He took a little tumble, but quickly recovered.
Um, slightly inappropriate behavior that lead to us having a discussion about body parts (more specifically breasts)....no, Kiran they're not called "big round balls" and it's not appropriate to "just feel them to see how soft they are."

Ahhh, feels like spring!
First, a warning...I'm inundating you with pictures!!! The weather this weekend was fantastic!!! There were a couple of bouts of rain, but for the most part it was warm (70s!!!), sunny, and we took full advantage! We headed to the zoo on Saturday, did a little walking tour of downtown Indy (where, naturally, we had to stop at Kiran's favorite restaurant - The Hard Rock Cafe), followed by some shopping at the outdoor outlet mall. Today, Kiran and Nishu had some quality time at the park (while I slept WAY too late!) and then later we went for a walk/bike ride through the neighborhood. Our plan was too grill, but there was a little mishap with the burgers and we ended up going out for Pizza and ice cream. Yum! Alright, so on to the pics:
The play area was a big hit. Mr. K-man has become so independent he was running all over the place. So much so, that for a brief moment neither Nishu nor I had him in our sight and nearly freaked out! Of course, he was just fine, playing in the play structure amidst a gaggle of other children. The first of many freak out's to come, I'm sure...
St. Patrick's day projects...we made St. Paddy day cards for Great Grandma Gahagan and Great Grandpa Fredricks. And we managed to keep the glue and glitter confined to one room of the house! (Notice that Angy Bua is still on the fridge!)

I loved this post. It made me smile and laugh a lot-particularly about the body parts :)
